On the Nexus S

The new one works.  It’s official.  No problems since Samsung replaced the old one.  What amazed me was how long it took them to see their way to simply sending me a new one rather that resetting the old one over and over while simultaneously turning me off to ever buying a Samsung product again.  Their customer service was actually worse than Apple’s, which has only provided me with one satisfactory experience in the decade I have owned Apple products.

Lesson:  if you buy a Samsung product and it works, great.  If not, you are totally screwed.
